The project is designed to house more than 6 authorities and governmental departments in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain- UAE. The headquarters comprises of two 4 level volumes connected by a ground sky-lighted atrium with a link bridge on the higher levels. The project was a winner as the best Innovation and Sustainable project of year 2019. The internal offices layout is an open space with natural lighting from the outdoor and the internal courtyard separating the two large volumes of the building body.
