Skyspiral Tower is one of largest 5 star residential and hotel apartments in a prime location along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The 45 levels are housing 465 luxury residences with different types and setting within the typical levels. IE provided architecture and comprehensive coordination with all project disciplines in terms of structure and electromechanical aspects. The 600 thousand square-foot tower comprises luxury fitness and spa center, half Olympic pool and outdoor terraces on the top of the podium which covers 30 thousand square-foot of retail area at the ground level. Each residential unit includes a large terrace for exploring best views of the sea and the Dubai towers skyline. The steel structure for the two crowns on the top raises 80 meter above the last roof concrete slab. Clad in aluminium panels and full floor height glazing, the tower facades unifies recesses slab elements along the full height.
